Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy *Rescheduling of Appointments - Restrictions on Cancellations - It is established that cancellations will not be accepted for Pneuman Trance sessions. - Rescheduling Notification - When personal situations arise that require rescheduling a therapy appointment, we request that the client notify at least 24 hours in advance of the session. - Rescheduling Process - Appointments will be rescheduled for the next available day, jointly coordinating a date and time that is convenient for both parties, both the practitioner and the client. - Anticipation on Specific Days - For appointments scheduled on Mondays or holidays, notification to reschedule must be made 48 hours in advance. * Non-appearance without prior notice (No Call/No Show) - Refund Policy - No refund will be made for missed sessions in which the client has not notified their absence at least 24 hours before the start time of their session. A new appointment will be rescheduled for the next available day. *Notification Methods - Communication Channel - Communication regarding rescheduling or cancellations must be made strictly through email or text message to maintain a written record of it, except in emergency cases. *Important note It is essential that notifications are made in accordance with the stipulated methods and times to ensure effective management of appointments and availability for other clients.
