Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy *Rescheduling of Appointments - Restrictions on Cancellations - It is established that cancellations will not be accepted for Pneuman Trance sessions. - Rescheduling Notification - When personal situations arise that require rescheduling a therapy appointment, we request that the client notify at least 24 hours in advance of the session. - Rescheduling Process - Appointments will be rescheduled for the next available day, jointly coordinating a date and time that is convenient for both parties, both the practitioner and the client. - Anticipation on Specific Days - For appointments scheduled on Mondays or holidays, notification to reschedule must be made 48 hours in advance. * Non-appearance without prior notice (No Call/No Show) - Refund Policy - No refund will be made for missed sessions in which the client has not notified their absence at least 24 hours before the start time of their session. A new appointment will be rescheduled for the next available day. *Notification Methods - Communication Channel - Communication regarding rescheduling or cancellations must be made strictly through email or text message to maintain a written record of it, except in emergency cases. *Important note It is essential that notifications are made in accordance with the stipulated methods and times to ensure effective management of appointments and availability for other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in complying with established policies.
