Pneuma Trance Group Session

Pneuma Trance® is a guided group experience designed to support deep introspection through a structured combination of introspective breathwork, meditation, sound, rhythmic elements, and hypnosis.

The session is offered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join either in person or live via Zoom.

For in-person participants, we provide tatami mats, blankets, pillows, headphones, eye covers, water, and a light snack.

Each session follows a carefully guided progression intended to help participants disconnect from external noise, focus inward, and explore altered states of attention and awareness in a controlled setting.

No previous experience is required.
