Modalities of Pneuma Trance®
Pneuma Trance® is practiced progressively. Each modality corresponds to a different level of nervous system stability, attentional coherence, and experiential maturity. Regulation always precedes depth, ensuring safety, structural containment, and meaningful integration.
Pneuma Trance® Intermediate Practice
Pneuma Trance® Intermediate Practice is intended for practitioners who demonstrate stability during sustained breathing and silence.
This modality allows functional access to Estados No Ordinarios de Conciencia (ENOC) while maintaining orientation and integration. The emphasis shifts toward stability within altered perception, symbolic processing, and deeper internal organization.
Mild non-ordinary phenomena may arise, including spontaneous imagery, symbolic impressions, emotional insight, or perceptual shifts. These remain contained and integrated, not intensified.

Introspective breathing
15 to 20 minutes within a structured 60 to 90 minute session.

Focus
Sustained presence, symbolic insight, nervous system training, and structured integration.

Access
Progressive. Prior practice required. Instructor guidance applies.
Pneuma Trance® Advanced Practice
Pneuma Trance® Advanced Practice represents the deepest level of the method. It is reserved for practitioners who have demonstrated sustained regulation and stability during extended breathing phases.

This modality supports access to more stable and sustained ENOC and is used for advanced symbolic processes, psychological reorganization, and expanded perceptual coherence.

At this level, experiences may arise that resemble phenomenological features commonly associated with psychedelic states, including partial self-boundary attenuation, intensified symbolic activation, complex inner imagery, altered time perception, or experiences of unity. In Pneuma Trance®, such states emerge without substances, with maintained lucidity, voluntary return, and structured integration.

These states are not pursued as objectives. They emerge as a consequence of sustained regulation, training, and internal coherence.

Introspective breathing
30 to 40 minutes within a structured 60 to 90 minute session.

Focus
Deep symbolic processing, advanced internal reorganization, and sustained coherence.

Access
Restricted modality. Requires demonstrated stability and instructor approval.
Important note
Access to Intermediate and Advanced modalities is progressive and based on experiential maturity and regulatory capacity. Pneuma Trance® prioritizes regulation, integration, and conscious presence over intensity. Depth results from training and stability, never from force, expectation, or external substances.
Pneuma Trance® Basic Practice
Pneuma Trance® Basic Practice is the foundational modality of the method. It introduces introspective breathing and structured silence in a grounded and accessible way.
This practice focuses on nervous system regulation, attentional clarity, and the development of stable internal orientation. Participants learn to enter and exit regulated trance states with awareness and voluntary control, making this modality suitable for continuity in daily life.
At this level, the emphasis is stability and regulation. Access to Estados No Ordinarios de Conciencia (ENOC) is not the objective. Depth is secondary to coherence.

Introspective breathing
10 to 15 minutes within a structured 60 to 90 minute session.

Focus
Regulation, clarity, grounding, and functional integration.

Access
Open to all participants. No prior experience required.
