PT Beginners PT Beginners is an introductory Pneuma Trance® practice designed for those approaching the method for the first time or seeking a gentle and grounded experience. The session begins with a guided phase of easy, slow, and deep mouth breathing lasting approximately 10 to 15 minutes, followed by a gradual transition to nasal breathing. This progression supports entry into a state of inner quiet and what is described within the method as sacred silence, without forcing or overstimulating the breath. Breathing is never imposed. Participants are carefully guided toward a natural and comfortable breathing rhythm, with continuous attention to pacing, safety, and regulation. Throughout the session, the instructor provides steady guidance and containment, ensuring a supported and held experience from start to finish. The practice may include gentle energetic touch, offered solely to support balance, comfort, grounding, and a sense of safety during the process. The session is accompanied by recorded music, live shamanic drumming, and Hopi flute sounds, creating a stable and immersive sound environment that supports the inner work. Total session duration ranges between 60 and 90 minutes, allowing sufficient time for preparation, practice, and integration.
