Itinerary at a Glance

The itinerary unfolds through guided ceremonial experiences inspired by ancestral traditions and natural lineages originating from the mountain and sacred valley regions of Mexico.

Monday 27 · Arrival and Opening

Morning departure from Miami. Arrival in Mexico City and direct transfer to Mineral del Chico. Check-in at Hotel El Paraíso. Welcome lunch. Opening session with an overview of the retreat and first practice of connection with the sacred mountain. Gentle relaxation temazcal. Evening closing by the fire and rest.

Tuesday 28 · Teotihuacan Axis

Early light ceremonial breakfast. Transfer to Teotihuacan. Sunrise hot air balloon experience over the Valley and pyramids. Main event: guided walk along the Avenue of the Dead, the Pyramid of the Sun, and the Pyramid of the Moon with contemplative work focused on expansion, balance and inner clarity. Return to hotel. Evening fire circle with dreamwork practices and Venado ceremony.

Wednesday 29 · Mountain, Integration and Pneuma Trance

Breakfast. Walk and meditation at Peña del Cuervo. Introduction and continuation of Five Suns teachings. Lunch. Village walk. Evening Pneuma Trance practice with introspective breathing and energetic integration. Fire circle and dreamwork. Rest.

Thursday 30 · Five Suns and Huasca Transition

Breakfast. Second Five Suns session with symbolic delivery of obsidian and mirrors and solar practice. Transfer to Hacienda Santa María Regla in Huasca de Ocampo. Lunch and hacienda walk. Evening inner encounter ceremony.

Friday 31 · Biosphere and Closing

Breakfast. Transfer to canyon biosphere for mirror activation and solar practice. Visit to the Basaltic Prisms. Farewell meal. Transfer to Mexico City and evening return flight to Miami.

This itinerary is designed to balance experience, integration and rest, respecting real travel times and the natural progression of the process.

Note

Participation in all ceremonial components of the retreat is voluntary. Each participant may choose their level of involvement. Alternative guided practices and structured Pneuma Trance® sessions are fully available, ensuring that every participant receives a complete and coherent experience aligned with their personal preferences.

Advanced Pneuma Trance® Session

For participants who choose a fully internal path during extended ceremonial blocks, an Advanced Pneuma Trance® Session is offered. This is a structured extended practice of respiración introspectiva designed for deeper access to trance induced and sustained states. The format allows prolonged immersion in silence, symbolic perception, inner witnessing and structured dreamwork exploration.

The session includes progressive breath induction, stabilization of the trance field, sustained contemplative silence, guided symbolic integration, focused dreamwork processes and gentle somatic work to support nervous system regulation and embodied integration.

The focus is not intensity, but depth, coherence and clarity of the inner process. This advanced level emphasizes access to silence as a matrix of meaning, spontaneous emergence of symbol, refined regulation of the nervous system through sustained respiratory rhythm, and subtle body awareness through soft guided movement.

Reservation and Payment Policy

To secure a place in the Pneuma Trance Mexico Retreat, participants must complete their registration using one of the following payment options.

Option 1. Full Payment by Credit or Debit Card (Preferred)

Participants may complete the full payment in a single transaction via Stripe. This option confirms the reservation immediately.

Option 2. Down Payment plus Installments (Credit Card)

Participants may reserve their place with a non refundable down payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid through 8 automatic weekly installments, starting the week following the down payment.

All installments are charged automatically to the selected payment method. Participants are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each charge.

Option 3. Zelle Payment

Participants may complete payment using Zelle. A payment confirmation screenshot must be sent to Pneuma Trance. The reservation is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.

Zelle may be used for full payment or for down payment plus installments by prior written coordination.

All payments must be completed no later than 15 days before the start of the retreat. Any unpaid balance after this deadline will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

All payments are non refundable under any circumstance.

Reservations may be transferred to another person with prior written notice and approval by Pneuma Trance. The new participant must meet all participation requirements.

Program details may be adjusted without prior notice due to weather conditions or logistical availability.

Investment

This retreat is offered as a premium, small group experience, limited to a maximum of 15 participants.

After RSVP, participants receive an email with full investment details and registration instructions.
