Participants moved through a sequence of practices:

• Introspective breathing (Pneuma Trance® Method) with Louis to open awareness and inner space.

• Crystal and energy alignment with Lucy for subtle balance and emotional grounding.

• Andean-Amazonian Flower Bath (Baños de Florecimiento) led by Karina, using flowers, herbs, and natural essences for energetic cleansing.

• Meditation inside the copper-obsidian merkaba, a living geometry uniting earth and sky.

The circle closed in silence and gratitude — light, grounded, and renewed.
