Service Description

This Pneuma Trance® group session is held in person within a structured ceremonial field. The session is conducted at a fixed time and follows a consistent duration, guidance structure and methodological integrity aligned with the Pneuma Trance® method. The practice includes guided introspective breathing, periods of conscious silence and a structured integration phase, supporting nervous system regulation, presence and inner coherence.
