Group Session - (Zoom)

Service Description

This Pneuma Trance® group session is offered live via Zoom within a structured ceremonial field. The session follows the same duration, guidance structure and methodological integrity as the in-person format. The practice includes guided introspective breathing, periods of conscious silence and a structured integration phase, supporting nervous system regulation, presence and inner coherence. Duration: 90 minutes Format: Live via Zoom Capacity: Limited to 30 participants Zoom access is personal and non-transferable. Eye mask and headphones are required for participation.
